ParcelPulse is a demonstration product. The figures shown throughout the app are generated sample data, not real property listings, and must not be relied on for any real-world buying, selling, pricing, or investment decision.

1. Information we collect

ParcelPulse is a demonstration and does not require an account. We collect only basic, non-identifying usage information needed to operate and improve the demo.

2. Address geocoding

If you enter an address in the Comparables tool, it is sent to a third-party geocoding service (OpenStreetMap Nominatim) solely to convert it to coordinates for the search. We do not store the addresses you enter.

3. Cookies

We use only the cookies necessary for the app to function. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

4. How we use information

Any information collected is used to run the demonstration, keep it secure, and understand which features are useful. We do not sell your information.

5. Data sharing

We do not share personal information with third parties except as needed to operate the service (such as the geocoding provider above) or as required by law.

6. Your choices

Because ParcelPulse is an account-free demo, we hold little to no personal data about you. You can stop using the service at any time.
