ParcelPulse is a demonstration product. The figures shown throughout the app are generated sample data, not real property listings, and must not be relied on for any real-world buying, selling, pricing, or investment decision.

1. Acceptance

By accessing ParcelPulse you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

ParcelPulse provides an interactive demonstration of a land-market analytics tool, including a heatmap, market spreadsheet, comparables search, and related views. Features may change or be withdrawn at any time.

3. Demonstration data

All metrics, counts, prices, distances, and listings in ParcelPulse are sample data produced for demonstration only. They do not represent actual market conditions and carry no warranty of accuracy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to violate any law. You are responsible for any activity conducted through your access.

5. No warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ParcelPulse is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
